Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash, mashed
    1 c. sour cream
    1 large onion, diced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 large carrot, grated
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt 2 tablespoons butter or margarine in casserole dish. Sprinkle Pepperidge Farm dressing crumbs to cover bottom.
    Pour in squash mixture, then sprinkle rest of dressing crumbs on top. Bake 3/4 to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
