Cauliflower Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 c. grated cheese
    3 egg yolks beaten
    2 c. cooked cauliflower, chopped
    3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Preparation
    Add flour to melted butter in saucepan.
    Stir in next 4 ingredients.
    Simmer until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Stir in cheese until melted.
    Cool.
    Add egg yolks and cauliflower; mix well.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Pour into greased baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
