Apple Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 gal. unsweetened applesauce (2 large and 1 small jar commercial)
2 qt. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
2 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Mix and pour in roaster.
Cook in 250\u00b0 to 300\u00b0 oven until thick and glossy.
Makes about 7 to 8 pints.
