Swiss Bliss - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chuck roast
1 envelope onion soup mix
1/2 green pepper
1 lb. can tomatoes or tomato sauce (2 cans and water)
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. A.1. steak sauce
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
chopped parsley
Preparation

Put heavy-duty foil into pan.
Put meat on foil.
Mix rest of ingredients in blender and pour over meat.
Sprinkle with parsley. Bring foil up over meat.
Fold edges to seal tight.
Bake 2 hours or until very tender at 375\u00b0.
Also excellent when cooked in a slow cooker.
