Boned Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boned chicken breasts (amount desired)
    1 beaten egg
    bread crumbs
    Parmesan cheese
    flour, seasoned with salt and pepper
Preparation
    Dip chicken in seasoned flour.
    Dip in beaten egg.
    Dip in bread crumbs.
    Dip in Parmesan cheese.
    Fry chicken in hot butter-oleo (half and half).
    Don't cover pan.
    Fry until brown on both sides, 3 minutes per side or until brown and done.
