Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crabmeat
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    pinch of salt
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 grated onion
    1 lightly beaten egg
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    pinch of pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix until blended.
    Shape into 3-inch patties.
    Pour cooking oil in skillet until 1/4 inch full. Heat over medium heat until hot.
    Slip 4 cakes into skillet.
    Fry, turning over once.
    Cook until golden brown, about 6 minutes. Transfer to paper toweling to dry.
