Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked squash
    2 eggs
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. chopped onions
    1 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 stick butter
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender and drain.
    Add butter, salt, pepper and milk.
    Mix together; then add beaten eggs, onion, cheese and cracker crumbs.
    Cook in a greased casserole.
    Bake, uncovered, in a 375\u00b0 oven for about 40 minutes.
