Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 beaten eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. apples, diced
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
-
Cream eggs, sugar and oil.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Bake in Bundt pan which has been greased and floured.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
