Beef With Snow Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut into thin strips
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. frozen snow peas, thawed
    1 (13 3/4 oz.) can beef broth
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms with liquid
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1 medium onion, sliced
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    In large
    skillet,
    over
    medium heat, cook beef strips with onion in
    hot
    oil\tuntil
    beef is browned, stirring constantly. Stir
    in
    beef
    broth, mushrooms with liquid, sherry and soy sauce.
    Add
    cornstarch to 1/4 cup water and mix well. Add to meat and
    cook\tuntil
    mixture has thickened, stirring constantly. Add
    snow
    peas
    and heat thoroughly.
    Serve over rice.
    Makes 6 servings.
