Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 baking potatoes
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley ranch dressing
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Microwave potatoes for 22 to 24 minutes.
    Cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Slice a thin piece from top of each (discard) and carefully scoop out with a small spoon.
    Make ranch dressing according to directions on package.
    Mash potatoes with butter and enough ranch dressing
    so potato mixture is still firm.
    Mix in cheese.
    Carefully put back into potato skins (mixture will pile out over top of potato).
    You may freeze at this point, thaw and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or bake right away for 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
