Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. bacon
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3 large eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
9-inch deep dish pie shell, unbaked
Preparation

Fry bacon, drain and crumble.
In large mixing bowl, beat eggs slightly.
Add milk, salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well.
Add onions, cheeses and bacon.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
