Pork Chops And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork chops (as many as you need for family)
    2 cans mushroom soup
    1 onion
    1 bell pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. water
    potatoes, sliced
Preparation
    Layer in baking dish the pork chops, onion, potatoes and bell pepper. Cover with cream of mushroom soup and a little water. Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 approximately 1 1/2 hours or until done.
