Diabetic Chocolate Pudding(Calories: 185) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. whole milk
    1 egg
    1/3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1/2 tsp. plain gelatin
    1/8 tsp. salt
    noncaloric sweetener as desired
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Soak the gelatin in one tablespoon water.
    Scald the milk in the top of a double boiler.
    Add milk gradually to beaten egg and return to boiler.
    Cook until the mixture coats a spoon and then add melted chocolate.
    Remove from fire and add gelatin.
    Stir until completely dissolved.
    Cool slightly.
    Add noncaloric sweetener and vanilla.
    Beat and pour into mold and chill.
    If the mixture curdles, beat well with an eggbeater.
