Crawfish Fettucini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks butter
    3 medium onions
    3 stalks celery
    2 green peppers
    1/4 c. flour
    Parmesan cheese
    3 c. half and half
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/4 c. parsley
    3 cloves garlic
    2/3 lb. crawfish tails
    salt and pepper
    1 pkg. fettucini
Preparation
    Chop onions, celery and peppers.
    Saute butter, onions, celery, peppers and flour.
    Add crawfish tails.
    Cook 20 minutes.
    Add half and half, Velveeta cheese, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Cook 20 minutes.
    Cook fettucini.
    Mix everything together.
    Spread into pan; sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 5 to 10 minutes.
