Pineapple Cheesecake Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. almonds, finely chopped and toasted
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. flour
    1 can crushed pineapple, well drained (reserve 1 c. juice)
    2/3 c. margarine or butter, softened
    2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    2/3 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Mix 2 cups flour, margarine, almonds and powdered sugar in a medium bowl with fork until crumbly.
    Press firmly and evenly in bottom of ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 15 to 20 minutes.
    Beat cream cheese in medium bowl until smooth and fluffy.
    Beat in 1/2 cup sugar and the eggs.
    Stir in 2/3 cup pineapple juice.
    Pour cream cheese mixture over hot crust.
    Bake just until center is set, about 20 minutes.
    Cool completely.
