Half-Time Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. scalded milk
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 beaten egg
    3 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Combine in a large bowl sugar, margarine, salt and scalded milk.
    Cool by adding cold water. Blend in the egg and yeast, then the flour and blend well.
    Place in a greased bowl, cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in volume, 45 to 60 minutes.
    Stir down and spoon into well-greased muffin tins, filling about half full.
    Let rise until dough reaches to edge of muffin cup and is rounded in center, about 45 minutes.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 15 to 20 minutes.
