Sweet Potato Yams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 sweet potatoes
    1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. white sugar
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    marshmallows
Preparation
    Wash potatoes.
    Boil or bake.
    Peel potatoes.
    Sit in refrigerator to cool.
    Slice potatoes and place in pan.
    Mix all dry ingredients.
    Sprinkle over sliced potatoes.
    Pour melted butter over to marinate the potatoes.
    Bake in oven until juice thickens, about 15 minutes, in preheated 375\u00b0 oven.
    If marshmallows are used for top, brown for short while in oven.
