Rice And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
    1/2 c. instant rice
    2 inches Velveeta cheese
    1 c. cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. diced onion
Preparation
    Stir ingredients together in a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes, then uncover long enough to let cheese brown.
    Serves 4 to 6.
