Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. yellow cornmeal
1 small can cream-style corn (1 c.)
2 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1 dash crushed peppers or dash of hot sauce
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. corn oil or melted butter
1 c. grated Colby or Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Mix
wet
ingredients.
Add
eggs last. Pour half batter
in greased iron skillet.
Pour grated cheese on top.
Pour
remaining batter on top of cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
