Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

6 thick pork chops
2 cans mushroom soup
Preparation

Trim fat from chops and brown quickly in frying pan.
Transfer to a shallow baking dish and pour mushroom soup over them.
Chops should be well covered with soup.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until chops are very tender, adding more soup if necessary during cooking.
Serve with baked potatoes.
