Puchero - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Polish sausage, sliced and browned
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 onion, diced
    1 clove garlic, diced
    2 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes
    3 Tbsp. green chilies (will make spicy and hot)
    1 can garbanzo beans
    1 can corn
    1/4 c. minced parsley
    2 tsp. cumin
    2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 hot dried red pepper or 1/4 tsp. red pepper
    2 c. chicken broth
    2 sweet potatoes, cut in pieces
    2 carrots, sliced
Preparation
    In large stock pot, brown sausage, pepper, onion and garlic. Add rest of ingredients and simmer 2 to 3 hours.
