Lemon Poppy Seed Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box lemon cake mix
1 small box instant lemon pudding
1 c. water
3 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except pecans and poppy seed and beat with mixer until blended.
Add pecans and poppy seed and stir. Pour into 3 (8 x 3 1/2-inch) greased pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until done.
