Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3 pkg. broccoli (the plastic bags)
    1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    1 chopped onion
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and rice according to directions (use regular rice).
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add Velveeta (chopped up), milk and soup.
    Mix rice and broccoli together and put in large oblong baking dish.
    Pour soft mixture over the rice and broccoli. Season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    This makes a lot, but it reheats okay.
