Pumpkin Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. flour
4 c. sugar
4 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. walnuts or pecans
1 c. cooking oil
3 1/2 c. pumpkin (large can)
3 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
-
Mix together first 8 ingredients.
Add cooking oil, pumpkin and eggs.
Bake in three 9 x 5-inch loaf pans or 4 smaller pans or in 2 tube pans.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0. Adjust baking time according to size of pan used.
