Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Makes 2 loaves.
    In a large bowl, whisk eggs lightly then add sugar gradually.
    Add oil.
    In a separate bowl, mix together dry ingredients, then stir into egg mixture.
    Add zucchini, drained pineapple, nuts and vanilla.
    Mix thoroughly then pour into 2 loaf pans.
    Bake 55 to 70 minutes in preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
    Cool 10 minutes before cutting.
