Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. yeast
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 c. malt or 2 tsp. honey
    9 c. whole wheat flour
    4 c. water
    1/4 c. applesauce or any blended fruit
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and yeast in a large bowl.
    Stir well. Stir in water, applesauce, and honey or malt.
    Turn out on floured board and knead 10 minutes.
    Spray bowl with nonstick spray.
    Place dough in bowl and let rise 1/2 hour or more until doubled.
    Cut into 4 pieces and let rest 5 to 10 minutes.
    Form into loaves and put in spray-greased pans.
    Let rise until 1 or more inches.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
