Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced raw potatoes
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 c. milk
    salt and pepper
    2 hard-cooked eggs, diced
    parsley
Preparation
    Boil potatoes and onion in small amount of water until soft. If desired potatoes may be mashed slightly.
    Add milk, salt and pepper and reheat.
    Just before serving, add hard-cooked eggs and sprinkle with parsley.
