Spicy Grits And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. grits
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1/4 c. minced onion
    8 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. picante sauce
Preparation
    Cook grits according to package directions; set aside.
    Cook sausage and onion over medium heat until browned, stirring to crumble sausage; drain.
    Combine grits, sausage and remaining ingredients.
    Pour into a greased shallow 2-quart baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
