Apple Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/3 c. orange juice or juice of 1 orange
4 medium apples, pared, sliced and tossed with 1 tsp. cinnamon and 2 Tbsp. sugar

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients and set aside.
In a large bowl, add oil, vanilla, orange juice and eggs. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Mix dry ingredients with rest, except apples.
Grease a Bundt pan or tube pan.
Layer batter and apples. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
