Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. onion
    1 c. carrots
    1 c. celery
    1 c. potatoes
    2 c. broccoli
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1 (49 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
    1/2 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    16 oz. Velveeta cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Dice all vegetables.
    I put through my food processor.
    Add all vegetables to the can of chicken broth. Simmer until vegetables are tender.
    Mix milk with flour slowly.
    Combine with broth and vegetables.
    Boil and let thicken for 5 to 10 minutes. Add cheese.
    Simmer for 10 minutes.
