Cheese Grits Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. quick grits
    1 stick butter or oleo
    4 whole eggs or 1 carton Egg Beaters
    1 large jar Cheez Whiz
    4 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook grits as directed on package.
    Add eggs and Cheez Whiz; mix well.
    Pour in a greased Pyrex dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour (put Pyrex on cookie sheet with water in it so it will not burn grits on the bottom).
    Check often 45 minutes.
