Microwave Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. Bisquick
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb. broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
Preparation
    Mix baking mix, paprika, salt and pepper.
    Coat chicken. Arrange chicken pieces, skin sides up, in rectangular, microwavable dish, 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inches with thickest parts toward edges.
    Cover with waxed paper and microwave on High (100%) 10 minutes.
    Rotate dish 1/2 turn.
    Microwave until done, 8 to 10 minutes longer.
    Makes 6 servings.
