Sherried Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak, cut in small pieces (trim away bone and fat)
    2 Tbsp. Lipton onion soup mix (dry)
    1/4 c. sherry
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 small cans mushrooms (stems, pieces and liquid)
    smidge of pepper
    smidge of garlic salt
    smidge of seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
Preparation
    Place in casserole in order listed.
    Cover tightly and bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Serve with fine noodles or rice.
    Serves 4 to 6 people.
