Fairy Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Cup Sugar
    1 Cup Milk
    2 Eggs, separated
    Knox Gelatin
    1 Tsp. Vanilla
    1 Large Cool Whip
    Graham Crackers
    1 Can Crushed Pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Dissolve sugar in 1/4 cup milk and add 2 egg yolks; beat. Add 3/4 cup milk and cook in double boiler until spoon is coated. Dissolve 1 envelope gelatin in a little water.
    Add this to the custard and cook 1-2 minutes; let cool.
    Add vanilla.
    Fold in (do not stir) 1 beaten egg white and the Cool Whip.
    Line flat baking dish with graham cracker crumbs.
    Place crushed pineapple over crumbs, pour in pudding and cover top with graham cracker crumbs.
