Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 large potatoes
    2 tsp. salt
    water
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2/3 c. milk
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 medium onion, grated
    paprika
Preparation
    Peel and thinly slice potatoes and parboil for 5 minutes in water to cover with salt added.
    Heat cream of chicken soup mixed with milk.
    Add cheese and onion.
    Layer the drained potatoes and soup mixture in a greased 2-quart casserole, starting with potatoes.
    Top with a ring of potato slices and a little cheese and paprika.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
