Corn Relish Topping - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can whole corn, drained (approximately 11 oz.)
1 can creamed corn (approximately 8 oz.)
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped red bell pepper (optional)
2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. instant/dry minced onion
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in medium bowl.
Chill.
Serve as topping for hot dogs, hamburgers or as a side condiment.
