Chinese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sausage
2 boxes Lipton chicken noodle soup
2 bell peppers
1 large onion
5 stalks celery
1 c. Uncle Ben's converted rice (do not substitute)
1 pkg. slivered almonds
8 c. water
Preparation

Fry sausage; drain and set aside.
Saute vegetables, then add sausage and vegetables together.
Bring water to a boil.
Add soup mix to water and dissolve.
Add uncooked rice to vegetables and sausage.
Cover and cook 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Remove cover and cook an additional 15 minutes.
Makes 12 to 14 servings.
