Grilled Swordfish A La Cancun - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large swordfish fillets or try halibut
1/4 c. olive oil
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
coarse black pepper to taste
3/4 c. Old El Paso medium chunky salsa or homemade
1/4 c. chopped cilantro
1/4 c. sliced Spanish olives or Greek black olives, chopped
Preparation

Marinate fillets in oil, garlic and pepper for 1 1/2 hours.
