Orange Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. margarine, melted
6 medium sweet potatoes

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cook and cut potatoes in pieces or can be mashed.
Mix and simmer over low heat until slightly thickened. Place potatoes in casserole dish and cover with sauce.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
