Deer Burger Or Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. deer burger
    2 Tbsp. Tender Quick salt
    1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. water
    pepper to taste
    1 to 2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Mix and form into rolls.
    Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours.
