Hazel'S Chili Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. peeled, chopped red ripe tomatoes
    2 c. chopped onions
    2 c. chopped sweet peppers
    1 hot pepper
    1 c. sugar or more (if you like)
    3 Tbsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. mixed pickling spices
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Wrap pickling spices, seed and cinnamon in cheesecloth. Combine sugar, salt, tomatoes, onions, peppers and hot pepper. Cook

    Cook\tuntil very thick.
    As\tmixture thickens, stir good to prevent from sticking. Add
    vinegar and water; boil until thick as you want it. Add to sterilized jars and seal with lids.
