Ricotta Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box cake mix (with pudding; lemon or vanilla)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 lb. Ricotta cheese
Preparation
    Mix cake mix according to directions. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over cake mixture. (When baked, the cheese mixture will drop and the cake will rise to the top.) Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
