Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. thinly sliced raw potatoes
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. oleo or butter
2 c. milk, scalded
1/2 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar)
Preparation

Layer 1/3 of potatoes in buttered 8-cup baking dish.
Combine flour, salt and pepper.
Sprinkle 1/2 over potatoes; repeat layers, ending with potatoes on top; dot with oleo.
