Chicken Parmesan(Geppetto'S Favorite) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 whole chicken breasts, halved and boned
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 (14 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated

Preparation

Mix bread crumbs and 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese together. Dip chicken pieces in eggs, then in crumb mixture.
Fry until golden brown.
Put pieces in baking dish and spread tomato sauce over all.
Sprinkle with Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serves 4.
