Ingredients

2 small pkg. apricot Jell-O
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. boiling water
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix Jell-O, sugar, boiling water and pineapple.
Refrigerate until thickened.
Mix cream cheese with reserved pineapple juice and Cool Whip.
Mix all together and refrigerate.
