Ground Beef "Stroganoff"(Weight Watchers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. margarine, divided
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 c. evaporated skimmed milk
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt, divided
    1/8 tsp. white pepper or to taste
    1/2 c. minced onion
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 lb. cooked ground beef, crumbled
    1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    In small saucepan heat 1 tablespoon margarine over medium heat until bubbly and hot; add flour and mix well.
    Using wire whisk, gradually stir in milk and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth.
    Stir in Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 teaspoon salt and the pepper.
    Reduce heat to low and let simmer, stirring frequently, until sauce is thick, 10 to 15 minutes.
