Barbecue Chuck Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. chuck roast
    2 medium chopped onions
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    2 large cans tomato sauce
    1 large chopped green pepper
    1/3 c. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. catsup
Preparation
    Cook chuck roast until it falls apart (not dry).
    Mix ingredients, except roast; bring to a boil.
    Add meat and simmer. (Add canned tomatoes or tomato juice if too dry.)
