Chocolate Pudding Graham Cracker Layer Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box honey graham crackers
2 boxes chocolate pudding mix (not instant)
1 qt. milk
1 pt. heavy cream
3 Tbsp. Amaretto (optional)
chocolate shavings, chips or unsweetened cocoa to garnish

Preparation

Cook pudding according to directions.
Add Amaretto.
Stir awhile to cool pudding; set aside with plastic wrap on top to prevent a skin from forming (about 10 minutes).
