Pork Chop 'N Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vegetable oil
    4 pork chops
    3 c. soft bread cubes
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 (10 1/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom or celery soup
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Heat a small amount of oil in a skillet.
    Add chops and cook until browned on both sides.
    Place chops in a shallow baking dish.
    Lightly mix together the next 5 ingredients.
    Place a mound of stuffing mixture on each chop.
    Stir together soup and water; pour over chops.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Yield: 4 servings.
