The Bread Thing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round loaf bread (pumpernickel, caraway, rye, sourdough)
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 jar Kraft Old English fresh mushrooms
    5 oz. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms, onions and almonds in butter.
    Add soup and Old English.
    Heat through.
    Add cooked broccoli.
    Hollow out bread, ripping pieces into large dipping size.
    Pour sauce into bread.
    (We often buy 2 different loaves of bread for more of a variety of dippers.)
